I have a neighbour who has a wireless camera positioned on my back yard from the rear of his deck, I have kids
This person has a wireless camera positioned on his deck pointing towards the rear of this property but it is on a angle pointing around 30metres into my yard where my kids play, this camera has also been pointed at my deck which is next to out pool were we entertain and swim, what are my legal rights? can the police do anything to stop him capturing images of us or our kids in our own yard????
I don't know which state you live in, but most states have law against that kind of activity.
Yes, you can contact police to see the camera and it's angle and have them sort it out with your neighbor.
Or you can go ahead and press a charge for stalking your family.
