IN-FOCUS Photography Digital Cameras

I am going to an amusement park soon with my friend and her family. I'm not sure what type of bag I should bring, because I need somewhere to put my cell phone, and money and locker key or whatever; but I'm worried if I put the bag in the ride cubby, someone might steal my stuff. What do you think? I couldn't find any shorts with good zipper pockets and vanny packs are too uncomfortable for me. I also have a camera dilemma. I have pretty nice Kodak Digital Camera which is fairly new and as much I think I'd like to bring it; I don't know if it's a good idea. If it gets stolen or wet or broken or something, I'll be upset, so please help me! I could bring a disposable camera if that's a good solution. Thank you so much for helping me out!
