My Olympus Evolt 500 e500 directional arrow buttons menu button and info button are not functioning?
I have had this camera for a while with no issues.. today I turned it on and went to delete a pic and noticed the up and down arrow buttons are not functioning. neither is the menu button or the info button. A friend suggested i return it ti factory settings but I can not access the main menu cause the menu button is not responding... HELP!!!
Try taking out the battery and leaving it alone for 3-5 days. doing this should reset it.
If the problem persists, it may be time to call Olympus.
