Tele Lens

Looking for tele-photo lens for the Sony Dsc-h2 that is relatively cheap but still fairly good quality?

I see doublers on Ebay for as cheap as 19.00+shipping. Is that worth a shot or should I go for a more proven lens. I am a amateur lever photographer
